Hybridcars.com: Mercedes-Benz will show a self-driving concept car in Las Vegas this month at the 2015 Consumer Electronics Show.
A teaser image of the as-yet un-named vehicle reveals little, and details of its powertrain and so forth have yet to be revealed, and some more tidbits may be in advance of the Jan. 5 showing.
Mercedes-Benz has already shown production technology that in 2013enabled an S-Class to travel a historical route in Europe autonomously, and its autonomous driving tech is considered leading edge.
It’s been testing in California under new permits issued under revised regulations, as have been Google, Audi, and others.
