CleanTechnica report from EVS27 on Nissan's views on Norway's success:
1. Awareness is high after 30 years of concerted efforts from policy makers and manufacturers alike.
2. Incentives for EVs are higher than anywhere else in Europe, including exemptions from tolls and use of bus lanes, in addition to tax exemptions
3. Disincentives for ICE cars - in other words high taxes on conventional vehicles, which combined with no taxes on EVs make EVs cheaper than conventional cars.
4. A pretty good public charging network.
