Undercutting the Renault Zoe, the Bollore Bluecar is a very affordable EV with more interior space for passengers.
The battery is leased for €80 ($103) a month, but that’s still quite a good deal. The Bluecar has a range of 155 miles on a full charge and can travel up to 75 mph. It is also the car used in the Paris Autolib car share scheme.
